Case studies
Online therapy for customers & employees
AXA started a first pilot project with Selfapy for B2B customers, offering online therapy for employees of SMEs. The aim was to prevent and detect absences from work because of psychological problems early. The successful trial phase convinced AXA of the program's positive effects on mental health. The situation with COVID-19 reinforced their decision to set up a new pilot offering together with Selfapy – this time also addressing B2C customers and AXA employees.
