Case studies
Reducing food waste
The City of Zurich and Prognolite joined forces to reduce food waste at the City Hospital Waid and Triemli by determining the influence of weather, public holidays and trends utilizing automatically imported receipts of the last two years to predict demand for the gastronomy sector.
The goal was to reduce food waste at the City Hospital Waid and Triemli. This resulted in a Successful pilot project. Prognolite now also works with Valora, Krafft Basel, FoodTruck Village and more.
